HOD is committed to the health and well-being of our drivers and our staff. In compliance with the current COVID-10 health directives regarding Social Distancing.

We are scheduled for 8 on track sessions per run group with limited space so we don't crowd the track.

Catered lunch is provided for the Drivers and available to purchase by guests and crew. Please RSVP for any additional guests that would like lunch. We will also have COLD Water available throughout the day for everyone.

Professional High Performance Driving Schools

Hooked On Driving is a leading provider of performance driving programs, commonly known as a High Performance Driving Experience (HPDE), or a High Performance Driving School (HPDS). These programs give individuals the opportunity to drive their high performance or sporty cars on a race track with instruction and divided into groups based on driver experience. All HOD events are non-competitive, with no racing, timing, or training for racing. All a driver needs to participate in an HOD event is a helmet (rentals are available), and a road/track worthy car.

At HOD, drivers are separated into run groups according to their experience level: A-Beginner, B-Intermediate, C-Advanced with point-by passing, and D-Advanced with open passing. Some HOD events only have A, B and C Groups. The A Group is for drivers with little or no track driving experience and includes essential classroom driving curriculum and coaches in all novice driver cars for their on-track sessions. B Group is for drivers with an intermediate skill level who have completed the HOD Group A program and have been signed off to drive Solo and advance to B. Drivers from other groups with validated experience may also drive in B Group. Both A and B groups use "Green cone zones" marking approved passing zones in certain straight sections of the track. C and D groups are for advanced level track drivers who will run at a faster pace, with passing allowed anywhere deemed safe by the both the driver and passer. In the C Group a point-by is required to allow a pass, and in D Group, a point-by is optional.

Hooked on Driving programs focus on safety (free of competition, wheel-to-wheel racing or timed laps), fun (HOD events include a catered lunch to enable the drivers to get acquainted), and learning (new driving skills). HOD drivers often have communicated that they have become more confident in their ability to handle their car in emergency situations and that they have had "The time of their life!"
